Just wanted to express my sincere thanks for the excellent job your company did on the compilation of annual reports book. It arrived today, wrapped so well that even the roughest treatment could not have damaged the precious contents.

I just wanted to write and tell you what a fantastic job you and your company did in the rebinding or my book. I can scarcely believe it is the same book! The sewing, edge trimming and new cover and general cleanup are all superb and has transformed a tattered wreck that I found at a used bookstore into a new book that will last forever.
